Description
This print is one of my newest wood engravings. It shows the "Prior's Door" in Ely Cathedral with its wonderful carving and one of the corbel heads.
The image measures 82 x 55 mm and the sheet is approximately 250 x 180mm. This print was engraved by hand onto an endgrain woodblock and printed onto Zerkall paper using a 1902 Albion Handpress, in an edition of 100 impressions.
