Description
"Iofur Initial" is a wood engraving that was used as a decorated capital "F". It was used at the beginning of a section of text for a fine press edition of a chapter from "Northern Lights" by Philip Pullman.
This was published by Ok Tree Fine Press to raise money to support childred affected by HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa.
This image measures 50 x 45mm. It was printed from my hand-engraved woodblock, using an Albion handpress made in 1865.
Each impression i signed and numbered from the limited edition of 150.
