A View Of Avebury is a handmade miniature book, measuring just 6.1 x 4.3 x 6.2cm.
It has been printed directly from two engraved woodblocks - each with both image and text, using an Albion handpress made in 1902. It was then bound in a concertina binding, with marbled paper, and tied with ribbon laces, which can be undone to view the panorama.
An edition of only 100 of these books have been made.
This was the second of my handmade miniature engraved books. It celebrates of of my favourite places.
