“Nocturnal” is a small book of wood engravings of creatures that are active at night. It measures 10x14cm and contains eight wood engravings of creatures lit by moonlight., together with title page and colophon which are also printed from wood engraved blocks. The book is sewn into card covers with a wraparound of hand-marbled paper and a wood engraved label.
